The ORISHA Consciousness can be better explained as the Awakening of an individual to its destined essence (the destiny for which it was born). Many live in this physical world, but they have no idea why they were conceived in this world by their mothers.
There are three parts in each individual body that can explain why we were born in this world: the Head, the Palm and the Leg. Our “Head” represents both our “ethereal fate and our earthly destiny,” while our “Palms” represent “the divine compendium and the manuscript of our destiny.” Finally, our “Leg” represents “the spiritual and physical realization and realization of the essence of our destiny”. We must all awaken to the fact that if we do not know or understand the reason we were created, we can not know what to do to make this world a better place to live. Our physical awareness can awaken us to the idea of going to school, learning some kind of profession or becoming our desired professional image … doctor, engineer, teacher, etc. However, there is more to life than simply awakening to what we can do to sustain our physical self. The most important thing for us is to be aware of the life that we can DESIGN to balance the equation of creation. Many face difficulties and calamities on a daily basis because they can not discover themselves, and all they know how to do is live life in the way they are able to face it. The ORISHA Consciousness frees you from the physical / material bondage in which the “Civilization of the Modern World” has enslaved all humanity, including itself. We must all know that we have our ‘HEAD’ and that each head represents a DIFFERENT DESTINY. This is what really allows us to know that the ORISHA energies are numerous and that the heads of all humanity are also innumerable. Thus, each Head has its own ORISHA to which it must resort at all times to understand its essence and true nature in life.
KNOW YOUR “ORISHA” TODAY: Not all Initiates or Devotees of the IFA / ORISHA tradition are destined to become BABALAWOS or IYANIFAS. Each Initiate / Devotee may be better called “AWO” or “OLORISHA”. Becoming an Awo / Olorisha means that the Applicant has actually gone through the Traditional and Ancestral Initiation and Consecration Ceremonies of the ORISHA or IFA tradition. It is forbidden and is a very destructive taboo for anyone who has not gone perfectly or traditionally by the initiation ceremony and consecration IFA / ORISHA denominated or called AWO / OLORISHA. To begin to open to the conscience ORISHA it is strictly obligatory that the Aspirant consult a BABALAWO / IYANIFA of traditional orientation to investigate its divine essence before the DIVINITY ORUNMILA, through “IFA”, and after having realized the IDAFA Of IFA), any other Initiation / Consecration process must be followed in accordance with IFA. It is through all these traditional DIVINE processes that the newly consecrated AWO / OLORISA will awaken to its divine essence and will be forever free from the slavery of the “CIVILIZATION OF THE MODERN WORLD”, thanks to an “ORISHA-CONSCIOUS TRADITION”.

LA CONCIENCIA ORISHA & LA CIVILIZACIÓN DEL MUNDO MODERNO
La Conciencia ORISHA puede ser mejor explicada como el Despertar de un individuo a su esencia destinada (el destino para el que nació). Muchos viven en este mundo físico, pero no tienen idea de la razón por la cual fueron concebidos en este mundo por sus madres.
Existen tres partes en cada cuerpo individual que pueden explicar la razón por la que nacimos en este mundo: la Cabeza, la Palma y la Pierna. Nuestra “Cabeza” representa tanto nuestro “destino etéreo como nuestro destino terrenal”, mientras que nuestras “Palmas” representan “el compendio divino y el manuscrito de nuestro destino”. Por último, nuestra “Pierna” representa “la comprensión y realización espiritual y física de la esencia de nuestro destino”. Todos debemos despertar al hecho de que si no sabemos o entendemos la razón por la que fuimos creados, no podemos saber qué hacer para lograr que este mundo sea un lugar mejor para vivir. Nuestra consciencia física puede despertarnos a la idea de ir a la escuela, aprender algún tipo de profesión o convertirnos en nuestra imagen profesional deseada…médico, ingeniero, maestro, etc. Sin embargo, hay más en esta vida que el simple despertar a lo que podemos hacer para sustentar nuestro yo físico. Lo más importante para nosotros es tener consciencia de la vida que podemos DISEÑAR para equilibrar la ecuación de la creación. Muchos enfrentan dificultades y calamidades a diario porque no pueden descubrirse a sí mismos, y todo lo que saben hacer es vivir la vida de la manera en que son capaces de enfrentarla. La Conciencia ORISHA te libera de la esclavitud física/material en que la “Civilización del Mundo Moderno” ha esclavizado a toda la humanidad, incluso a sí misma. Todos debemos saber que tenemos nuestra ‘CABEZA’ y que cada cabeza representa un DESTINO DIFERENTE. Esto es lo que realmente nos permite saber que las energías ORISHA son numerosas y que las cabezas de toda la humanidad son también innumerables. Así, cada Cabeza tiene su propio ORISHA al que debe recurrir en todo momento para comprender su esencia y verdadera naturaleza en la vida.
CONOCE A TU “ORISHA” HOY: No todos los Iniciados o Devotos de la tradición IFA/ORISHA están destinados a convertirse en BABALAWOS o IYANIFAS. Cada Iniciado/Devoto puede ser mejor llamado “AWO” u “OLORISHA”. Convertirse en un Awo/Olorisha significa que el Aspirante ha realmente pasado por las Ceremonias de Iniciación y Consagración Tradicionales y Ancestrales de la tradición ORISHA o IFA. Está prohibido y es un tabú muy destructivo para quien quiera no haya pasado perfecta o tradicionalmente por la ceremonia de Iniciación y consagración IFA/ORISHA denominarse o llamarse AWO/OLORISHA. Para comenzar a abrirse a la conciencia ORISHA es estrictamente obligatorio que el Aspirante consulte a un BABALAWO/una IYANIFA de orientación tradicional para investigar su esencia divina ante la DIVINIDAD ORUNMILA, a través de “IFA”, y luego de haber realizado el IDAFA (registro de IFA) apropiado, cualquier otro proceso de Iniciación/Consagración debe seguirse de acuerdo con lo estipulado por IFA. Es por medio de todos estos procesos tradicionales DIVINOS que el recién consagrado AWO/OLORISA despertará a su esencia divina y quedará libre para siempre de la esclavitud de la “CIVILIZACIÓN DEL MUNDO MODERNO”, gracias a una “TRADICIÓN ORISHA-CONSCIENTE”.
